The BD R87 P infusion set for pressure and gravity infusions is equipped with an automatic, bacteria-tight valve ventilation of the drip chamber. The non-return valve in the aeration channel also allows problem-free administration of infusions during transport or when transferring patients. The infusion set can be used with infusion pumps and is pressure-resistant up to 2.0 bar.

For safe handling and disposal, the roller clamp is fitted with a piercing spike covering, reducing potential risk of injury.
