I no longer want a product.
As a UKMEDI customer, you can cancel any order within 30 days from the day after your order is received.
We will process the refund due to you within 14 days of the cancellation date or upon receipt of the goods (or proof of return).
You can either email or phone us to let us know of the cancellation. We will give you a returns number and address to send the items.
Providing the product is returned as above and in the same condition as it was delivered, we will refund the full cost to you. You will, however, be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
My order hasn't arrived.
If you have selected Tracked delivery for your order, you can check the delivery status online from the email sent at dispatch or your customer account.
If there's a problem with the tracking or your order hasn't been received within the timeframe specified when you placed your order, please contact us by email so we can investigate the delivery issue.
Something is missing from my order.
If you're missing an item from your order, email us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate immediately and either replace or refund the missing item(s)
I've been sent the wrong item.
If we accidentally make an error with your order, please email us within 14 days, and we will arrange for it to be collected from you. We can then send or refund the correct item.
My order has arrived damaged.
We carefully pack every item so it arrives to you in perfect condition. If this hasn't happened, email us within 30 days and we will arrange to collect it from you. We can then send you a replacement or refund the item.
Something I've ordered has broken in use.
Single-use, disposable items are not covered by warranty, as they are considered consumable products. However, if a product is deemed faulty, please contact us within 14 days by phone or email, and we will arrange for the item to be collected for inspection. If the product is found to be at fault, we will replace or refund it.
I want to exchange an item for something else.
If you have changed your mind and want to exchange your item for something else, please phone or email us within 30 days from the day after your order is received. We will provide a returns number and address for the return of the original item. We will only exchange unused items in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. The customer's original payment method will be debited or credited for any difference in costs between the items before the exchange is sent out.
How should I package up an item to send back to you
Please ensure
- The item and packaging are in the same condition as when you received it
- Returns number (or original delivery note) is included or clearly marked on the return packaging
- Your parcel is protected and well wrapped
- Our returns address is clear
Please Note
We will not accept the return of any unsealed medical items after delivery due to health and hygiene reasons. This does not effect your statutory consumer rights
