Klinion Kliniderm Foam Border Dressings are soft, flexible polyurethane foam dressings designed to absorb wound exudate while helping maintain a moist wound healing environment.

Each 10cm x 10cm dressing features an adhesive border for secure placement and a waterproof, moisture-permeable film backing that provides a barrier against external contamination.

Suitable for managing a range of acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, abrasions and post-operative wounds.

The dressings can be used beneath compression bandaging and may remain in place for up to seven days, depending on wound condition and clinical assessment.

Supplied sterile, latex-free and intended for single use.
